How to Get Kakaotalk Themes?

I posted it in my previous blog entry on facebook and someone asked me how to get it. I can't explain it there because the explanation will be too long and I don't think facebook can handle it.

So this is how to get cute kakaotalk themes like mine.........



1. Get the latest kakaotalk version, now the latest version is 3.0.1. Get it.

2. After that, open your settings -> application -> check the unknown sources box (you can always uncheck it after installation)

3. Then open your play store / market and type Phone Decoration, and install it.


4. Open your Phone Decoration, scroll down till you find Kakaotalk Thema


click on 닫기


5. If you want to get like mine then you have to click on illustration theme skin (일러스트 테마 스킨)


6. Click on whatever themes you want, if you want to get a preview of the theme then click preview. After that you click installation, it will download first then it will shown a notification box that you have to click install if you want to install it right away, click cancel if you want to install it later.




7. Finally it's done! All you have to do now is just open your kakaotalk, then go to 'more' tab -> settings -> theme settings and click apply :D



Babammmm~! You've just changed your super boring looking kakaotalk to the cute one :D

But uhm, I think should warn you that some of this themes consume 800KB - 2MB. Not to mention it's internal memory. Unless your using samsung galaxy / galaxy s / whatever that has big internal memory, don't install too much.

    ini lagi dicoba install theme nya, tp agak kurang ngerti nih yang kakao latest version tp not the latest version itu gimane maksudnya?,, O_o

    I found your blog when i googled kakaotalk themes. I use the same app you do to download themes for kakaotalk, kakaostory, the battery widget, and calendar for the status bar but every time i try to download a font, it says it was an unsuccessful download. I have unknown sources checked. How do you add fonts to your phone to change it?

      don't download fonts from the apps, go search it on google ^^ type it in hangul, if you want the cute one ^^

      You have to get it in apk format like -> gilin.apk
      And install it :D
